Become a person who is foremost one who can live in peace and harmony regardless of what is happening around you. This way you can enter the maelstrom of chaos without being personally effected. Instead of becoming part of it, you bring Light into it and calm the waters of confusion and turmoil.

Manifest your love from within and give of it generously asking nothing in return, and it
shall be returned to you tenfold. I bless you all in gratitude for your commitment to rise up in Love and Light.

Hi Brooke,
Allow me to be your first commenter.
I liked your post on pain, and I mostly agree with it. Likewise, I agree with the sentiment of this post, but I'm wondering if you could clarify what you mean about not "being personally effected"? I agree that we shouldn't become "part of it", but doesn't an avoidance of the personal also amount to an avoidance of life itself? Doesn't that lead to escapism, which, it seems to me, is precisely what your post on pain was advocating against? Can you manifest "Love and Light" without being personally involved?

Are you talking about detachment in a Buddhist sense? If so, do you think Buddhism, or meditation, can become escapism? How do you, as my Zen teacher used to say, take the practice off the mat and engage the world?

Lot of questions, eh? It was nice seeing you today. Hope to see you again, soon!
