Become a person who is foremost one who can live in peace and harmony regardless of what is happening around you. This way you can enter the maelstrom of chaos without being personally effected. Instead of becoming part of it, you bring Light into it and calm the waters of confusion and turmoil.
Manifest your love from within and give of it generously asking nothing in return, and it
shall be returned to you tenfold. I bless you all in gratitude for your commitment to rise up in Love and Light.

What is pain?
A client once asked me, "How can you heal if you still have pain?" Great question and I could not give her a clear answer. I said I would get back to her on this question.
Let’s look at the nature of pain and what it brings up. When we feel pain, pain we don't understand, we feel frustrated and fidgety and we want it out. This kind of pain is a way our spirit brings attention to, or awakening to who we are. There is an opportunity here, one to grow and evolve.
Often, in my line of work, I get clients who want the pain to be gone. I call it, “Get out of the pain game”. Now, instead of focusing on pain lets focus on healing.
The concept of pain is that it’s the pathway to healing and the pain sensation one feels is an avenue into healing. I mean to say, to truly heal the pain issue you must go further into the pain to find the answer and when you do, true healing can happen. Have you ever heard of the saying, "The only way out is through”? To some of you this may sound challenging or fearful, but never fear that is what I am here to help you with. Structural Integration has a gentle method that allows a client to find those pathways and bring breath, light and healing to where you have pain.
To many there is a fear of going deeper into it because it hurts too much. What is that fear? Only you can know for sure. And once you expose the fear you realize there was nothing to be fearful of.
The premise of S.I. is to bring structural integrity and balance to a body that has patterns of weakness due to physical habits, overuse, injury or emotional setbacks. These patterns of weakness lead us or guide us to the pain, which can lead us to your true healing.
What is true healing? It is the process of connecting to your true self. That is the truest and deepest healing because it recognizes who you are as a human being and the spirit incarnated as human. When you look deeply into your pain you can see patterns that brought you there. S.I. doesn’t try and take you out of your pain it tries to take you closer to the source of pain so you can heal it once and fore all. Therefore you, the client, become the doctor and the practitioner is just there to help facilitate your healing process.
Your body is like a barometer that is perfectly healthy, well and strong. In such pain situations it is trying to tell you what is going on, sometimes screaming. And we can be so focused on pain we might be missing the message our higher self is trying to tell us.
